Nanoceramics
Nanoceramic Coating on Aluminium Alloys
Original electrochemical process enables to form nanocrystalline oxide ceramic layer with controlled properties on Aluminium Alloy base.
Nanoceramic layers have the following features:

Controlled thickness: 2 - 100 µm

High microhardness: 1000-1800 Hv

High corrosion resistance: upto 1000 hours salt spray, alloy dependant

High adhesion to Al substrate: > 300 MPa

Low friction coefficient pared with steel in standard lubricated environment: 0.04-0.08

Dimensional accuracy: Ceramic layer grows predominantly inside the substrate and practically does not change the dimensions of the object. Can be applied to complex shapes.

Enables to prevent galling of light alloy components

Continuous operating temperature:  > 5000 C

Fully Inorganic construction

Thermal conductivity: 6-7.5 W/mK

Dielectric strength: 60-110 KV/mm

Dielectric constant: around 10
